All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch typically within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom printed bulk orders begin production after design approval and advance payment, and the shipping time starts only after the production phase is complete (as detailed in the invoice/quote).
3. Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 0 to 7 working days (Business Days) across India, depending on the delivery location and the courier service.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical issues.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination of your order.
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed to you during the checkout process before final payment is made.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking ID and a link to track the status of your shipment with the respective courier partner.
It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor the tracking details.
6. Order Fulfillment
For bulk orders, we will share clips and videos of the finished products upon completion. Dispatch will only occur once the balance 50% payment has been successfully received.
