1. Overview and Applicability
This policy covers the terms for cancellation of orders and the processing of refunds for purchases made through OneSos Apparel. Our policy differs based on whether the order is for plain T-shirts or custom-printed bulk orders.
2. Order Cancellation
Plain T-Shirts (No Customization): Orders for plain T-shirts can be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Custom Printed/Bulk Orders: Once the 50% advance payment has been received and the design proof has been approved, the order cannot be cancelled. Production costs and material sourcing begin immediately, making cancellation impossible
3. Refund Policy (Money Back)
Plain T-Shirts:
If a cancellation is requested before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 3 to 5 working days of the cancellation confirmation.
Custom Printed/Bulk Orders:
No refund is available for Custom Printed/Bulk Orders once production has started, as the items are tailored to your specific requirements. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in case of Client cancellation
Refunds will only be considered if OneSos Apparel cancels the order due to material unavailability or unforeseen issues, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded
4. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defect
Returns are only accepted if the product has a verifiable manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching, wrong fabric). Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing chosen by the Client or minor colour variation
The defect must be reported to us via email within 7 days of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the defect.
Upon confirmation of the defect, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for the cost of the defective items.
